We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
If you’re not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

No explanation required. No restocking fees.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • The item should be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

Please note:

  • Personalized or custom-made items may be refunded only if defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital items are non-refundable.


3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@lilylexi.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you simple return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item back using your preferred carrier.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.


4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.


5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or model, please contact support@lilylexi.com.
We’ll guide you through a fast exchange process.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We’ll replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • We cover the return shipping cost if the item is defective or damaged.

  • For all other returns under the 30-day money-back guarantee, the customer is responsible for the return postage.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. If you still have not received your refund, email us at support@lilylexi.com and we’ll assist promptly.
